You can't be so quick to call bs for those reasons, even though I currently am calling bs too (not for those reasons though). I'm playing devil's advocate here. This will most certainly be a next gen title. The download/gb/detail/loading won't be nearly as much of an issue as you are thinking. MP will definitely exist, but in true R* fashion it'll be rolled out a month or two after the game releases.
